We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your watch. If for some reason you decide not to keep it, your watch may be returned within 30 days. It must be in unworn/unused condition and be in its original packaging, including protective films. If your watch was purchased from an authorized dealer rather than directly through our website, please include proof of purchase. 

Note that returns will be closely inspected by our team and if the item shows any signs of wear, the return may not be accepted. Please allow 10 to 14 business days after we receive the item for inspection and processing of the return. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
